Michael Annan’s vision for setting up a property business was to simply improve the way that the buying, selling and letting process was handled. Having been in partnership with two different firms, he decided it was necessary to set up his own property firm in order to collectively develop his ideas with chosen, like-minded, experienced property professionals.
Michael had bought, sold and leased properties, helped friends and family with property transactions and soon identified the requirement for a more approachable, straightforward, responsive and informative level of commitment from a property firm. He appreciated through positive feedback that these attributes, along with being available to meet his clients needs seven days a week, would enable an unprecedented overall level of service in this industry.
Annan Property through organic growth and receiving kind recommendations have continued to grow their Estate Agency, Letting and Factoring/Property Development Management departments. From our office in the heart of Portobello, we have expanded to open a further office in York Place, City Centre.
