Within any residential development there are common areas which are co-owned by all the Proprietors in the development. Responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of these areas rests with the Proprietors of the development. The appointment of a Factor to manage these common areas for and on behalf of the Proprietors is stipulated as a requirement. The Deed of Conditions forms the basis of how any building is to be managed and we would endeavour to comply with the conditions, in the best interests of all Proprietors.

Annan Property will arrange as necessary all cost tendering and contracts for the provision of services and amenities to the building together with a programme of on-going supervision.

As part of this we will visit your development regularly to ensure that contractors are carrying out work to a high standard. We also regularly update residents so they are kept aware of any relevant matters pertaining to their development.
